Hair Extension Store Shipping and Return Policy


We at Hair Extension Store pride ourselves on our customer service and high rate of customer satisfaction. Help us help you so you can have the hair experience you deserve, just contact us if there's a problem, or if you have questions. We're here to help.

Shipping:

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process before item is shipped.

Our shipping department is closed on holidays and weekends. 

Any custom orders may take longer to ship.

Please provide us with your correct contact information so we can contact you if needed. Shipments will be placed on hold if we are unable to contact you regarding your order.

Return Policy: 

We offer one free color exchange for all our hair extensions as long as it was unopened, untied, and unused. Any opened or somehow unaltered hair extensions that was purchased from us does not qualify for a color exchange. We will exchange your hair extensions for a different color as long as we have that color is stock.  If you wish to exchange your unopened hair extensions please contact us via email and we will send you information on how to return your hair extensions for exchange.

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange  7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
  • -must not be a special order or a custom order
  • -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's  particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.

You MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us via email will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

All sales are final. 

Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Show it to your stylist if you are unsure. You may not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, or treat the hair in any way for us to consider a return.
